We seek an experienced senior full-stack developer who will work on enhancing and implementing the community response guide (CRG) software product, with a focus on software design, development, and documentation. The CRG is a decision support tool to assist mandated reporters and other concerned citizens with making more accurate, consistent, and equitable reports to child welfare. The person in this position will offer significant input on system architecture and design, database architecture, code design, and new development tools. The developer will also serve as a mentor to other team members.
Get ready to:
· Develop core application components using the Vue 3 platform;
· Adhere to and enforce practices, procedures, and use of tool sets described in the team’s working agreement;
· Perform peer code review; and
· Provide time estimates for the development of software components.
The national average salary for this position ranges between $100,000 and $107,500 per year. Compensation within this range is dependent on experience, parity with peers, and where an employee lives. Our website shares further information on our compensation philosophy.

· Minimum of five years of relevant professional Vue experience
· Minimum of five years of relevant professional JavaScript experience
· Ability to work with Vite, Tailwind CSS, Vitest, Okta, Jest, CosmoDB, MongoDB Query API, and Postgres
· Experience working in a corporate agile environment
Additional assets a candidate may possess include the following.
· Relevant professional experience using TypeScript
· Relevant professional experience using NestJS
· Minimum of three to five years of relevant professional Node.js experience
