What we expect from you?

·         Strong know-how of .NET Core

·         Good know-how of Entity Framework

·         Experience in SQL databases and T-SQL language

·         Knowledge of React and/or other front-end technologies

·         Ability to work with a large codebase

We try to use the latest versions of the above technologies, helping to keep codebase nice to work with (and also helping you to keep your skills up-to-date)

Our way of working

Working hours are flexible. You can work whenever you have time, and from anywhere. Work can be 100% remote. We are primarily looking for full-time but part-time is also possible.

What you would be able to do?

·         Planning and problem solving: Analyze and solve complex technical challenges

·         Implementation: Write clean, consistent and efficient code. We don’t only look for working code but try to reach closer to perfection

·         Testing: Ensure code is flawless and confirms to quality standards

Good understanding about user experience (UX) is also encouraged.

Technologies and working environment

Working at Gurufield covers front-end and backend technologies. A common task deals with React, hooks and TypeScript to build user friendly user interfaces, communicating with backend via.NET APIs.

Backend uses LINQ queries, and we pay special attention to where performance and data structures with working with both SQL databases and in-memory data. We are also working with T-SQL schemas, like adding and removing columns, migrating data, and updating triggers.

Additionally, work contains developing APIs for native mobile apps.
